Whether obvious or not, and usually it’s not, everyone in your life is there to help you, AND, they’re actually doing so right now.
We call this the “Everyone In Your Life Is There To Help You” Rule.
Which, incidentally, doesn’t mean you have to keep them there. In fact, their offering may simply be to teach you to say “adios.”
People have a way of bulling their way through things, believing that bullying is a sign of confidence. Actually it is a glaring sign of lack of confidence.
If one is confident, there is no need to be forceful in getting your point across. There is no need to be defensive if you are confident.
How many of us can say we are truly confident? Does a little criticism throw you for a loop? Do you seek validation about your decision(s) even though you are “sure”? These are some signs of lack or less than true confidence.
To have true confidence, one has to BELIEVE in ones self.
How much do you believe in yourself?
