People have a way of bulling their way through things, believing that bullying is a sign of confidence. Actually it is a glaring sign of lack of confidence.

If one is confident, there is no need to be forceful in getting your point across. There is no need to be defensive if you are confident.

How many of us can say we are truly confident? Does a little criticism throw you for a loop?  Do you seek validation about your decision(s) even though you are “sure”? These are some signs of lack or less than true confidence.

To have true confidence, one has to BELIEVE in ones self.
